About Jeffrey A. Beer, Esquire

Jeffrey was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and attended Emory University in Atlanta for his undergraduate degree. Jeffrey moved back to the Delaware Valley region to attend Widener Law School - Delaware Campus. At Widener, he took part in Alternative Dispute Resolution Competitions and attended the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Also, throughout his legal education, Jeffrey spent multiple semesters as a Judicial Extern in the chambers of the Honorable Arnold L. New of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.

Jeffrey is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. After law school, Jeffrey worked with a New Jersey Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury firm, before opening his own office, The Law Office of Jeffrey A. Beer, LLC, in 2009. Although Jeffrey has a diverse legal background, he ultimately decided to devote his practice to the providing of Real Estate related legal services. Having been raised in a family of real estate professionals and investors, Jeffrey brings a wealth of knowledge, a variety of experiences, and a very practical approach to advising his clients through real estate transactions and litigation.

Jeffrey currently teaches classes at two local real estate brokerages, in order to help Realtors understand the legal implications of the contracts they use on a daily basis.

Regardless of whether it is commercial or residential real estate, Jeffrey knows that his clients' property rights and investments are very closely tied to their financial stability and quality of life.
